If you would like to register for Foundation membership check your eligibility below. To fill in the application form now, click here.

It will take a few days to process and confirm your membership, at which point we will send you an acknowledgement email containing your username & password.

Sandhurst Foundation Membership Criteria

Anyone who fits the following criteria is eligible for Sandhurst Foundation membership.

Alumnus Association Members

• All Officers who have completed an officer's training course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (both UK and overseas students).

Cadets and Those Under Training

• All cadets and others under training at the Academy (free membership during courses).

Other Officers

• All those who hold or have held commissioned rank in the British Army whether trained at the Academy or not.

Academic Civilian Staff Members

• Academic Civilian Staff who hold or have held teaching roles within the Academy.

Widows and Widowers

• Widows and widowers of any deceased member may continue their partner's membership.

Other Members

• If you fall outside the criteria above but still believe you should be considered for membership please submit an application with an explanation; each case will be considered on its merits.

Membership Benefits

• An e-mail address at www.sandhurstfoundation.org (issued to all cadets on arrival at the Academy and to membership applicants).
• Centrally organised reunions at the Academy.
• Preferential rates for receptions and private events (including weddings and christenings).
• An annual Journal and a monthly e-newsletter.
• Access to the Academy grounds on request and guided tours of the Sandhurst Collection at special rates.
• Priority applications for Seminars, Symposia and Battlefield Tours.
• Simple online research support from The Sandhurst Collection and Library.
• Selected offers from specific companies advertised on password protected member pages on the website.

Membership Fees

Membership costs £10 per year (members are asked to fill in a Gift Aid declaration so that the Foundation can claim back tax for the Foundation).
