Dear ,

For those of you reading this in Sunnier Climates - we are experiencing a good old British Down Pour at the moment (the OCdts are grateful for Gortex!) but luckily interspersed with cold, clear, sunny days.  Sandhurst looks amazing with the trees all turning colour and reflecting off the lakes.  The Foundation's Wine and Port Tasting evening this Thurs still has some places - please do come along. Huge apologies for the lateness of this letter, I have had 2 weeks off to move house.

 Banner Parade - 15 November

AGM and Leadership Encounter Evening

About 25 members and staff attended The Foundation's First Annual General Meeting on Tues 7 November.  The AGM was chaired by the Commandant, Maj Gen Peter Pearson, assisted by the two other trustees, Col Alick Finlayson (CofS) and Sean McKnight (DofS).  Numerous issues were discussed and all comments and actions can be found on the Minutes of the AGM.  Please click >>here to read them.   Please click >>here for the Foundation Accounts.  Please feel free to comment on any part of the minutes by emailing myself on jules.mccoll@sandhurstfoundation.org

The evening then continued, after a well earned drink, with the Leadership Encounter speaker Dr Paul Latawski, who gave an excellent insight into the pros and cons of being a Junior Partner in a Military Coalition. Again his talk was followed by some very interesting comments and questions from the floor.
